Before going to bed, massage one of these belnds into your upper chest, shoulders, back and back of neck.
Recipe 1
- Celery - 4 drops
- Lavender - 4 drops
- Nutmeg - 4 drops
- Lemon -3 drops
- Hazelnut - 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
Recipe 2
- Mandarin - 4 drops
- Lavender - 4 drops
- Nutmeg - 3 drops
- Lemon - 3 drops
- Dill - 2 drops
- Sweet Almond - 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
Recipe 3
- Spruce - 4 drops
- Marjoram - 4 drops
- Melissa - 4 drops
- Allspice - 3 drops
- Sesame - 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
