Use these massage formulas to help stop snoring.
Instructions:
Before going to bed, massage one of these blends into your upper chest, shoulders, back and back of neck.
Recipe 1
- Bois de Rose - 4 drops
- Geranium - 4 drops
- Sweet Basil - 3 drops
- Allspice -3 drops
- Anise -3 drops
- Lemongrass - 3 drops
- Olive - 4 teaspoon (20 ml)
Recipe 2
- Cajeput - 4 drops
- Myrtle - 4 drops
- Marjoram - 3 drops
- Chamomile - 3 drops
- Petitgrain - 3 drops
- Lavender - 3 drops
- Avocado - 4 teaspoon (20 ml)
