Muscle Relaxing Bath Essential Oil Recipe

Use this bath recipe to help relax tired, achy muscles.

Instructions:

Fill your tub with warm water and dissolve 1 cup of Epsom salt in the bath water. Then pour one of the following mixtures into the water and swirl it around to disperse the oils evenly into the water and enter the bath immediately to relax.

Recipe 1

  • Cedarwood - 4 drops
  • Chamomile - 4 drops
  • Lavender - 4 drops
  • Lemongrass - 3 drops
  • Sesame - 1 teaspoon (5 ml)

Recipe 2

  • Allspice - 5 drops
  • Petitgrain - 5 drops
  • Ylang-Ylang - 5 drops
  • Sweet Almond - 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
